Technology equipment company is looking for a Contact Center Agent with knowledge of computers and peripherals for both software and hardware.
Position is Hybrid with 50% to 50% remote work, depending on progress.
Productivity bonus up to USD $400.00
Current schedule is Monday to Friday from 8Am- 5PM.
1 month to 2 weeks on site training initially.
10% English calls. 90% Spanish calls.
