We are growing our B 2B sales operation in Panama and are looking for an experienced B 2B Sales Supervisor to lead the team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales machine. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct client and distributor development.
You will own the full sales cycle ? from prospecting and pipeline management to closing, onboarding, and account development ? while also recruiting, training, and coaching B 2B sales agents.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the B 2B sales team in Panama; monitor performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients and distributors across Panama and international markets
- Own the full B 2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development
- Recruit, onboard, and train new B 2B sales agents and account executives
- Set, track, and report KPIs, pipeline health, and agent performance ? weekly and monthly ? to senior management
- Maintain CRM hygiene, outreach cadences, and structured sales reporting
- Enforce discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organisation within the B 2B team
- Support senior leadership in developing B 2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
What We're Looking For:
Must-have requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing a B 2B sales team
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of full-cycle B 2B sales experience
- Hands-on experience with KPI management, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting
- Track record of training and coaching B 2B sales agents or account executives
- International market experience (USA)
Nice to have:
- Experience managing distributor or wholesale networks
- US market B 2B sales background
- Experience selling physical products, premium goods, or luxury / tobacco products
- Experience building sales processes and teams from the ground up
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
