The B2C Sales Supervisor will be responsible for growing, supervising, managing, and improving the performance of the
B2C sales agent team in Panama. The main objective is to increase sales performance, ensure proper customer
management, monitor agent productivity, and build a strong and efficient sales team.
Sales team management: Supervise & manage the daily activities of the B2C sales team in Panama; monitor
sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved; train, coach, and motivate sales agents to improve
performance
2 Help recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents
3 Assist in developing sales strategies for the B2C market
4 Ensure proper customer communication and service quality
5 KPI management: set, measure, and track sales KPIs and agent performance; report weekly and monthly sales
results to management
6 Implement sales processes and improve team efficiency
7 Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organization within the team
