The B2B Sales Supervisor will be responsible for growing, supervising, managing, and improving the
performance of the B2B sales team in Panama. The main objective is to drive B2B revenue growth,
develop and manage relationships with business clients and distributors, monitor team performance
against KPIs, and build a structured and high-performing B2B sales operation.

Supervise & manage the daily activities of the B2B US sales team in Panama; monitor sales
performance and ensure sales targets are achieved; train, coach, and motivate sales agents to
improve performance
2 B2B business development: identify, approach, and onboard new business clients across
international markets
3 Full sales cycle ownership: manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting and
qualification through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development
4 Recruit, onboard, and train new B2B sales agents and account executives
5 KPI management: set, measure, and track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and agent performance;
report weekly and monthly results to management
6 CRM & pipeline management: maintain CRM hygiene, outreach cadences, and sales reporting
structures
7 Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organization within the B2B team
8 Support management in developing B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
