Are you an experienced sales leader who enjoys developing people while driving exceptional business results?
We are looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives focused on selling Cash Point of Sale (POS) solutions to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching sales professionals, improving team performance, and leading by example. In addition to supervising your team, you'll also have the opportunity to generate your own sales, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings through personal commissions.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of B2B Outbound Sales Representatives.
- Conduct daily sales huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team productivity, KPIs, attendance, and sales quality.
- Provide real-time coaching to improve conversion rates and close ratios.
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure CRM records and sales activities are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with management to achieve departmental objectives.
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop your own pipeline of qualified business leads.
- Sell Cash POS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including: Lead generation Cold calling Needs assessment Product presentation Negotiation Closing Follow-up
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or leading an outbound B2B sales team.
- Proven experience in cold calling and consultative sales.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate sales representatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement action plans.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Preferred
- Experience selling POS systems, payment processing, merchant services, fintech, SaaS, or other technology solutions.
- Experience selling to the U.S. market.
- Experience managing KPI-driven sales environments.
