About the Role

We are expanding the footprint of brand Adrian Magnus across named territories in the US market and are looking for a driven B 2B Sales Agent to open new commercial relationships and grow existing ones ? remotely from Panama.

This is a full-cycle outbound sales role. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across the US, while maintaining a structured pipeline and accurate CRM records.

What You'll Do

- Develop sales within your assigned US territory ? from cold outreach to closed deals
- Prospect and acquire new B 2B clients: distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across the US
- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, and account development to maximize retention and growth
- Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage your full sales pipeline ? prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured outreach and follow-up cycles
- Report commercial activity and hit individual sales targets weekly and monthly

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience selling in an English-speaking market ? B 2B preferred
- Strong background in outbound sales and cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Excellent English communication skills ? B 2 level minimum (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
- Familiarity with sales KPIs and a track record of working to measurable targets

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in the premium tobacco or cigar industry
- Experience representing premium or luxury brands

If you have only sold to individual consumers, have never done structured outbound prospecting, or are uncomfortable being held to weekly KPIs and CRM discipline, this role might not be the right fit.
