Customer Service Agent
We are looking for new staff to support the operations area as an Advocacy Agent - On Site. MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking). Activities: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Homeowners incoming calls. Provide support to Homeowners via phone, e-mail, tickets and voice mails. Respond, escalate, or reassign client inquiries to the correct department. Maintain accurate and up-to-date new client information in a database and update client contact information on an ongoing basis, as needed. Provides assistance to teammates in quality, timely generation. Follow up on the status of Action item, ARC request, payments in process. We offer: Competitive Salary.
