Job Description: As a customer service representative, you will answer incoming calls to address inquiries, resolve complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide customer information or assistance, and offer basic technical support, all while delivering an exceptional customer service experience that fosters client loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:
- Research information using available resources and tools to respond effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Provide customers with detailed product and service information, including disclosure of terms of agreement for specific products or services.
- Enter new customer information into the system accurately.
- Update existing customer information as needed.
- Process orders and service renewal requests promptly.
- Promote customer loyalty and work towards retaining clients.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resources.
- Route calls to the correct departments or individuals.
- Document call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
