Supervisor de Call Center Ventas
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City for a Bilingual Sales Call Center Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, manage and lead a team of agents, provide training, evaluate performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. This role requires both English and Spanish proficiency to support bilingual teams and customers effectively.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and Team Management skills to effectively lead, guide, and motivate call center agents.
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage directly with team members and clients in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in providing Training and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and developing improvement strategies.
Experience in sales or customer support, with a focus on performance-based environments, is preferred.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related fields.
