We are looking for experienced Collections Call Center Agents to join our growing team in an on-site work environment.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written ? will be tested)
- Proven call center experience in Collections (loans, credit cards, or banking campaigns preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Valid work permit (for foreign candidates)
