Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and conveying key benefits.
- Efficiently manage high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Build and nurture sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to enhance their overall experience.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
- Identify and seize opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system, ensuring real-time updates of account information.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics consistently through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to changes in products, services, or sales strategies and communicate these changes effectively to customers!
- Regularly analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue growth to identify areas for improvement.
Requisitos:
- Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
- Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Over one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record
- Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- Focused, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Analytical and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Advanced-Level English language skills
- This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial Center
