The overall responsibility for this position is to promote the services of GLESEC with outmost professionalism and customer-service orientation on the phone and on the Internet and support the Sales Consultants and Account Managers. This includes receiving calls and email from member-clients and prospects and making calls and sending mailing blasts to member-clients and prospects, research contacts on social media networks, maintaining the client databases and CRM up to date, reporting on results of daily activity, special marketing initiatives and staying up to date with the GLESEC offerings and Cybersecurity news.
