We're looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team responsible for selling Cash Point of Sale (POS) solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.

This is more than a management role?you'll have the opportunity to coach your team to success while also building your own sales pipeline, allowing you to maximize your earning potential through both leadership performance and personal sales.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Performance

- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of B2B Outbound Sales Representatives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, conversion rates, and sales quality.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Create action plans to improve team results.
- Ensure CRM and sales activities are properly documented.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and accountable sales culture.

Sales Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate your own business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting Cold calling Discovery Presentations Objection handling Closing Follow-up
- Sell Cash POS solutions to U.S.-based small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience leading outbound B2B sales teams.
- Experience managing inside sales or cold-calling teams.
- Proven success achieving aggressive sales goals.
- Strong coaching and motivational skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Preferred

- Experience selling payment processing, fintech, SaaS, POS systems, merchant services, or technology solutions.
- Experience selling to the U.S. market.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM ? 7:00 PM
- Onsite Position
