English Speaking Customer Service Agent - Afternoon Schedules
Salary: $ 900/month, plus project based incentives (discussed during interview)
Retention bonuses offered at 6 months and 1 year.
Job will be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday, approximately once every 6 weeks. Additional bonuses will be paid when working a Saturday.
Schedules available: 11am-8pm, 1pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm. All times are US Eastern time. Schedules shift 1 hour earlier during US Daylights Saving Time (from March-November)
Full Time Permanent Contract. Private Insurance through Palig provided after 3 months.

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for new members of our customer service team to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.
We are searching for strong English speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills. The position will involve scheduling appointments for notary services. Any experience in appointment scheduling or notary services is a strong plus. Experience in customer service is required.
The position is full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Punctuality and attendance is very important to our client, so please only apply if you can commute reliably to our offices. We provide Free Parking.
Requirements:
Advanced English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must
