Salary $ 1100/month ($900 base salary, $200 per month client bonus, paid at the end of each full month you work for the client)
Only work Monday- Friday, your weekends are your own!

About Us
Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new English Speaking Virtual Maintenance Coordinator to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center. The maintenance coordinator will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from tenants and coordinating their maintenance requests with contractors.
We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is very personable and has strong customer service skills. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT SPOKEN ENGLISH. Candidates should be comfortable handling both phone calls and emails, and dealing with clients who are sometimes difficult or agitated due to their situation. Candidates also must be detail oriented and fast learners. Previous experience in either maintenance coordination, property management, or any field related to real estate is a plus.
EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDENCE IS A MUST.
The job will be full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. After the probationary period, work from home may be offered with client approval if the team member meets client expectations and company IT policy and requirements. WfH is not guaranteed and candidates should not expect that guaranteed to be offered for them.
Requirements:
Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to successfully multitask
Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
Previous experience in either maintenance coordination, property management, or any field related to real estate is a plus.
