Salary

$ 900/month as well as a project based bonus.

Retention bonuses offered at 6 months and 1 year.

Private Life Insurance Provided after 3 months

Monday- Friday, US Daytime (9am-6pm Eastern US time. Changes to 8am-5pm in March)

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a collections and evictions specialist to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is detail oriented and a fast learner with strong customer service skills to join one of our established projects. The position will involve acting as a point of contact for tenants as well as handling the collections and evictions process for overdue tenants. Candidates should be very well spoken and friendly, but also have a strong backbone and be able to handle difficult and sometimes emotional calls.

Prior experience in collections is strongly preferred.

The position will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. We provide parking. Once an employee has passed the probationary period, work from home will be offered should the employee meet customer productivity standards as well as company IT security standards. Work from home is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

Advanced English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Prior experience working in collections is preferred

Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
