Salary: $ 1350/month. Private Insurance after 3 months.

Hours will be 10am-7pm Eastern US Time (changes to 9am-6pm Panama local when US time changes)

IN OFFICE POSITION

Job will be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for experienced supervisors who will work directly for our client and supervise a team of agents located in both Panama and the Philippines

The supervisor will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for team members for questions about client product and services and how to handle certain situations as they arise on the phone. They will also be responsible for helping to create and maintain process documents and training materials, provide feedback and coaching to team members, track and report on KPIs and metrics, and step in to provide additional help with fulfillment in times of high volumes. This role is for a ?hands-on? supervisor. You should feel comfortable handling production tasks and working the phones as needed, especially during high volume times.

2-3 years minimum experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager is required. Candidates should have experience managing teams, especially in a fast-paced environment. Must be a strong English speaker who speaks at a Native or near-Native level. The client business involves notary scheduling, so any experience in appointment scheduling or notary services is a strong plus.

The position will be in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Parking is available. This is an in office position. Must be able to reliably commute to Obarrio. Free parking is provided. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must!

The ideal candidate:

-Minimum of 2-3 years of Management and Team Building Experience

-Experience in the Customer Service industry

-Excellent Written and Spoken English

-A go getter who will take initiative and proactively develop solutions

-Excellent at multitasking

-Excellent attendance and timeliness

-Must be able to work independently and with minimal oversight
