- Manage the Partner Incentives mailbox and provide timely, professional communication to internal teams and external partners.
- Support core channel operations by maintaining and troubleshooting information systems. Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate data flow, issue resolution, and process alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, system processes, and operational workflows to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Develop and update FAQs, training materials, and reference guides for the Quest channel sales organization and partner community.
- Collect data from multiple internal and external sources, validate accuracy, and perform data cleaning to produce reliable datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Support ongoing operational initiatives by completing assigned tasks with consistency, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
Requisitos:
- Bachelor?s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning functions, and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to work with CRM or channel systems such as Salesforce, Impartner, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data quality practices, including validation, auditing, and preprocessing.
- General technical aptitude to troubleshoot system issues and learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
