E2E Business Process Expert (temporary)

- Increase standard SAP MM (Materials Management) adoption and utilization of the existing SAP kernel(s) amongst the SAP MM key users and SAP MM end users globally via continuous improvement. You accomplish this by teaming up with the BPE?s (Business Process Experts) and SME?s (subject matter experts) of the current SAP MM kernel(s).
- Drive capabilities and by generating knowledge about the existing and future to-be business processes identified by the BPE?s throughout the global SAP-MM kernels (PRD, MBP, MCP, MP1, SPC) in the Integrated Supply Chain.
- Train the end-users and make sure the SAP MM kernels are adopted and utilized by end users.
- Support in performing the VSM of existing business processes and help to understand the upcoming change while implementing improvements/future business flows with balancing the technical and functional viewpoints icw the latest business intelligence tools.
- Evaluate the SAP key- and end user demands by aligning with the BPE?s and SME?s and propose continuous improvement actions to increase adoption and utilization of the standard SAP kernels.
- Ensure base understanding and usage of PDCA, 3x5Why techniques)
- Supporting the BPE?s and SME?s in create and structure the standard SAP training material and documentation with the Philips internal QMS and business design principles.
- Support the BPE?s and SME by coordinating, re-organizing and structuring end user manuals and end user training material of the different SAP MM kernels and share and train the appropriate key user community of that SAP kernels on both the existing as well as the newly creates functionalities.
- When not in place yet: build a global Community of Practice of SAP key users and set up structural interactions with the COP network to train the key- and end users and leverage upon the knowledge and benchmarks within the community.

Requirements:

- High knowledge and understanding on E2E Supply chain (5 years)
- Understanding of standard SAP reporting
- High knowledge and practical experience in applying advanced replenishment models
- High knowledge on E2E procurement master data settings and its Influence on material planning: material master data, Purchasing Info Record, Outlines agreement, Vendor Scheduling Agreement, Quota arrangement, Substitutes management
- Master?s degree, or equivalent ideally in Operations
- English advanced
- SAP knowledge
- OMM (operation materials management) space
