As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. You'll help resolve inquiries, provide product information, and build lasting customer relationships by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic service.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, and other designated platforms).
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and effective problem-solving.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer conversations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred (retail or contact center experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong active listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive ongoing coaching.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
- For Work From Home positions (if applicable), a stable and reliable internet connection is required.
