Empresa tecnológica multinacional, especialista en proveer infraestructura de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), equipos de telecomunicación y productos electrónicos de consumo.
- Follow the standard process and SLA/OLA to handle the HR policy and process consultation of Huawei employees in a timely manner, identify and summarize the regular issues of employees, and drive the simplification of policies and processes.
- Accurately understand and identify employee issues, provide solutions based on the SLA/OLA, and relevant corporate policies and processes, and resolve employee issues.
- Summarize employee inquiries, identify areas to be improved, and drive the simplification of policies and processes.
Requisitos:
1. Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, Mandarin will be a plus.
2. English would be used as the daily working language.
3. Have good communication and understanding skills, be able to locate and answer questions of employees in a timely manner.
4. Be patient and responsible at work and have good emotional control ability.
5. Be proficient in computer and office software, and have a fast typing speed.

8. University Bachelor degree in administration or related.
