CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Summary
We are looking for a customer service-oriented Client Support Specialist to provide customer/tech support to clients in an efficient and accurate manner. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve product-related issues, guiding them through product features, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support via email and/or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Support client implementations and process change requests
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in internal systems
- Analyze support trends and recommend improvements to the product, documentation, or processes
- Collaborate with the Product team to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation
- Guide customers on product features and best practices
- Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay current on new product features and updates
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in tech support, product support, or a related role
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with ticketing systems and/or CRM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to document processes
- Strong technical aptitude with experience navigating and supporting software applications, systems, and tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
