We are partnering with a fast-growing international organization focused on corporate service & business setup looking to strengthen its commercial presence in Panama or internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys connecting with people, developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth. You will play a key role in expanding the company's network of professional partners, identifying new market opportunities and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
This role combines business development, client relationship management and strategic partner acquisition responsibilities, offering the opportunity to build new business opportunities, develop long-term commercial relationships and contribute to the growth of an international organization across Panama and selected international markets.
What You Will Do
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing and converting new commercial opportunities across Panama and selected international markets.
- Build, expand and nurture a network of Professional Partners, including consultants, advisors, corporate service providers and other strategic referral sources.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, entrepreneurs, investors and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their business journey.
- Represent the organization at networking events, industry forums, business meetings and commercial initiatives, strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
- Proactively identify new market opportunities, industry trends and partnership channels to support business expansion objectives.
- Generate, qualify and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent business development activity and achievement of commercial targets.
- Conduct commercial presentations, discovery meetings and consultative discussions with prospective clients and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Client Services, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and partners, identifying opportunities for further collaboration, referrals and business growth.
- Monitor commercial performance, pipeline activity and key business development metrics through CRM systems and management reporting.
- Act as a key market representative, contributing insights, feedback and strategic recommendations to support the organization's growth and expansion plans.
- Travel locally and internationally, when required, to strengthen relationships, explore new opportunities and support business development initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Account Management or B2B Sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with business owners, executives and professional advisors.
- Commercial mindset combined with a consultative approach.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, corporate services, legal services or international business environments is highly desirable.
