Salary: $900/month

Retention bonus paid at 6 months and 1 year of service

Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm US Central time

Monday-Friday 08:00am-5:00PM US Central Time

About Us

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for new team members to serve as a bilingual virtual executive assistant for clients in the real estate and property management field in the United States. We have two different roles available now, one with an 8-5 schedule and the other with a 10-7 schedule,

This role will require exceptional multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST. The role will be both in English and Spanish as requires advanced levels in both languages. Our clients are looking for team members who can think outside the box and are not afraid to bring their own ideas to the role or challenge existing processes and procedures.

The position will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Once an employee has passed the probationary period, work from home will be offered should the employee meet customer productivity standards as well as company IT security standards. Work from home is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings for both the real estate agent and the property manager.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain organized files and records
- Monitoring commercial lease expiration and payments in AppFolio
- Checking underwriting data and sending contracts through DocuSign
- Assist with client communication, including follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cash flow statements and profit and loss statements is a plus.
