Salary

$900/month

Monday-Friday. 8AM-5PM (US Central Time, adjusts with clocks)

Full Time- Permanent Contract

We are searching for a new team member to serve as a bilingual virtual executive assistant for a client in the United States. The assistant will be in charge of assisting the executive in day to day tasks, including assisting with CRM updating (inputting, running reports) appointment scheduling, office admin (updating files in Word, Excel, etc), basic accounting tasks, and other tasks as needed. We are looking for someone with a bubbly and outgoing personality. Good client relation skills is a must.

We are looking for someone who is personable and a quick learner. A friendly and positive personality is a must. You must have a passion for helping people. Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or a comparable CRM is required. Experience with QuickBooks, Calendly, and Jungo is a plus. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience as either an assistant or in an administrative role are a plus.

The job will begin in our office in Obarrio. After a candidate completes their probationary period, they will be eligible from work from home should they meet client?s performance expectations and have a work from home environment that meets standards per company policy.

Qualifications:

- Positive and bubbly personality
- At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, or other CRM required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be a quick learner!
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English required
