Agente de Call Center ( Área de Salud)
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent with experience in the healthcare sector or insurance-related services (such as medical assistance lines, health policy support, or telehealth coordination), and proven experience assisting native U.S. customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and patients in both English and Spanish.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical assistance, health policy inquiries, and service coordination.
- Document case information accurately and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective customer support.
Requirements:
- Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers in healthcare, insurance, or medical call center environments.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required).
