ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Collaborate with the supervisor in the general organization of accounting-financial activities with knowledge in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with branches and agencies.

Requirements:

- Graduated from the University in Accounting or studying mentioned career.
- Middle oral and writing communication skills: English and Spanish
- Management of cashflow, control accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, Account receivable aging control outstanding, petty cash control, Account details, outgoing & incoming remittance cross border & domestic remittance ACH wire transfer, printing checks, customer credit control, form 1027 monthly revenue and sales report for DGI
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Organized and proactive
- Be honest, discreet and trustworthy
- Work accurately and pay attention to detail
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Able to plan and organize your own workload
- Be able to solve problems and analyze data
- Responsible and open to challenges and changes
Working Shedule

Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
