Prime Solutions Tax & Legal is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Team Lead to help us continue building a world-class accounting and compliance department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the accounting team
- Review financial statements and working papers
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting
- Ensure quality control and timely deliverables
- Coordinate monthly closings and reconciliations
- Improve internal processes and controls
- Work closely with firm leadership and clients
Requirements
- Advanced English required
- 4?6+ years of accounting experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge
- IFRS / NIIF knowledge
- Experience in accounting firms, law firms, or corporate services is highly valued
Strong Plus
- International taxation
- Transfer pricing
- Audit experience
- Experience with expatriate clients
- International structures or offshore entities
