Provide support to the customer service operation for Air Conditioning and Home Appliance products by assisting service centers with technical requirements, conducting training on product repair, specifications, features, and troubleshooting.
Analyze repair data to identify product failures and report them to HQ for quality improvement. Certify technicians and enhance technical competencies in product repair.
Conduct initial testing following HQ?s checklist for new product launches in the Panama region
Provide and share technical information to resolve inquiries
Develop and deliver technical training for service providers and call center agents
Perform on-site technical audits
Manage KPIs such as failure rate, repeated repairs, repair ratio, pre-diagnosis accuracy, first-visit resolution, and first-contact resolution in the call center
Monitor product performance in the local market
Approve reimbursement cases for technical failures through the system
Requirements:
Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields
2+ years of experience in similar roles
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience in preparing technical reports
Availability to travel within Panama City and surrounding provinces for workshop visits
Availability to travel abroad periodically
