Recruitment Consultant

LYL Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to engage with large US companies. You will call business owners to offer our services, closing potential $20k?$40k deals.

Responsibilities

- Client intake and relationship management.
- Source, screen, and vet candidates.
- Submit candidates to clients and manage the hiring process.

Requirements

- Fluent English (near-native preferred).
- Experience working or studying in the US market.
- Proven background in sales/recruitment.

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring new clients to successfully placing candidates. You will work with warm client leads generated through our professional, high-volume outreach systems, which you are expected to follow up on, present our recruitment services to, and close.

Once a client is signed, you will assess their specific hiring needs and translate those requirements into an effective search for the right candidate. In this role, you will build long-term relationships with US-based companies and connect them with top talent. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on company-generated client leads
- Sell our recruitment services and close new clients
- Understand client hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job boards and networking
- Write and post job advertisements
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone interviews
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Collect and share feedback after interviews
- Negotiate job offers and guide both sides through the hiring process
- Manage the hiring process for both candidate and client

Hard Requirements for this role

- Fluent English, native-level proficiency required to communicate effectively with US clients
- US experience, prior work or study experience in the United States required
- Professional sales background, experience in sales, account management, cold calling, or recruitment consulting required
