LYL Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to engage with large US companies. You will call business owners to offer our services, close prospects, maintain a relationship, assess their needs and source candidates for them.

Responsibilities
- Client intake and relationship management.
- Source, screen, and vet candidates.
- Submit candidates to clients and manage the hiring process.
Requirements
- Fluent English (near-native preferred).
- Experience working or studying in the US market.
- Proven background in sales/recruitment.
Benefits
- Salary: $1,000?$1,500 gross, with bonuses of $300?$800 per placement.
