Project manager Bilingue
Professional Services of Project Management in order to ensure End to End (E2E) Technical Programs and Projects executions.
Key accountabilities
- Lead E2E technical projects or programs, working closely with Engineers, Technical staff and Product to develop and track release milestones and schedules.
- Manage communication of progress within the Delivery Management team and stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
- Coordination of wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope and on schedule.
- Actively participates in the key planning of program milestones and drive alignment to these milestones.
- Review program plans regularly and clearly communicate program status, including program risks and their mitigation strategies.
- Assess the quality of releases through monitoring of incoming bugs and code changes to identify quality issues and trends.
- Assess and manage risks. Create mitigation plans as needed.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Preferred education/ qualifications
- Bachelor level, Industrial/Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology and/or comparable technical engineering degree.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Strong telecommunications background.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Knowledge & Experience
- Ideally educated to degree level or alternate appropriate industry experience.
- Demonstrable experience of 4 to 6 years working in a large telco (preferably) in a complex operational environment.
- Proven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.
- Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience managing highly complex technology projects.
- High level technology understanding for B2B solutions.
- Strong telecommunications & project management experience.
- Technical background for B2B with a focus on cloud/ICT products and strong network knowledge.
- Capability for technology project planning, capable of anticipating future scenarios or changes and modify plan according.
- Key is to have proactive and clear communications with direct line of report for project progress, contingencies, alternative plans/solutions.
- Has the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, translating complex technical language into high level executive narrative.
- Proven experience of managing technology projects.
- Ability to drive improvement programs across diverse and complex environments.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.
- Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.
