Job Purpose:
- The Process Engineer is responsible for the development and improvement of company processes and ensures that work processes consistently achieve established business objectives and performance requirements.
- Manages administrative, commercial, logical and technical business processes by Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing of opportunities to optimize the processes via enterprise-wide process changes, under the guidance of an objective, metric-driven decision-making framework
- Contributes to policy making by Proposing changes or new elements in the company policy, based on findings of research and analyses
- Ensures Management of Projects by Defining project objectives considering the business objectives; Coordinating activities (multidisciplinary) of project teams; Reporting on the progress of projects; Providing (substantive) contribution to project results.
Key activities and Responsibilities:
- The Process Engineer is accountable for the business architecture development, business process engineering, business process design, and modeling and management. In addition, he/she is responsible for business process analysis, the performance and quality of service management for processes, and the management and monitoring of established KPI?s.
- The Process Engineer works within the framework set out in the department plans, working procedures, and guidelines of the company.
- The Process Engineer makes independent decisions on how to conduct a test.
- Evaluating implemented projects and making improvement proposals/recommendations based on the results of conducted research.
- Continuously identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities to optimize the enterprise regarding information provision and procurement.
- Defining and continuously administering the governance structure for enterprise processes; Implementing a change management approach that educates the business community on the merits and benefits of this new enterprise.
- Works closely with the Business Process Analysts on key outputs for process modelling
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor?s in Business Administration or equivalent
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent knowledge
- Knowledge of end-to-end Telecommunications processes
- Knowledge of Tele Management Forum (TMF) eTOM Model
- Experience in Process Modeling Techniques including BPMN
- Experience in Process Modeling and Simulation Tools
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of research
- Knowledge of company processes and change processes
- Good written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
