Payroll Analyst
We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a Global Team
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring payroll is processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Audit employee pay records and reconcile payroll information across departments, locations, and countries.
- Interpret and apply payroll policies related to vacation, leaves of absence, disability, workers' compensation, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. ? Maintain and document payroll processes and procedures.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations based on payroll analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll processing and payroll administration.
- Previous experience working with any of the following tools: SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc..
- Advanced English
- 100% Onsite - Panama City
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5:00pm
