Hr Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual HR Analyst to support our high-volume Call Center operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office. The role combines end-to-end recruitment with HR analytics, providing essential support in hiring top talent and enabling data-driven HR decisions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience recruiting for frontline positions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions such as Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Solid knowledge in job posting and candidate sourcing.
- Conduct candidate search, screening, and interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Create and maintain an HR-shared database with folders and subfolders for all current and potential vacancies, ensuring it is always up to date.
- Manage onboarding and welcome process for new employees.
- Handle all documentation related to new hires and ensure compliance with company policies.
Human Resources Analysis:
- Support the administration of documentation related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements of Call Center staff.
- Keep physical and digital personnel files updated for both operational and administrative staff.
- Manage employee-related information such as benefits, attendance, vacations, leaves, and absences.
- Prepare employment verification letters, training certificates, and university documents.
- Process vacation and sick leave requests and tickets.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal processes and company policies.
- Assist in preparing basic HR reports such as attendance, turnover, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR analysis, ideally in a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Panamanian labor laws and HR best practices in the Call Center industry.
- Experience working in high-volume and high-turnover environments.
