Outbound Sales Representative
Insignia Resources is an offshore staffing solution dedicated to providing our clients unparalleled talent, results, and customer experience. We?re launching a new outbound sales team and are looking for experienced, motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join the project.
The team is launching next week, so we?re looking for candidates who are available to interview and start quickly.
What You?ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Build rapport and create engaging conversations
- Clearly communicate the company?s services and value proposition
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Requisitos:
What We?re Looking For
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with new prospects over the phone
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, energetic, and motivated by sales goals
- Coachable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
