Position Summary:
We are seeking a high performing Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales efforts based in Panama City. This role will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, optimizing the sales process, and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound lead conversion. You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to generate demand and close opportunities in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives based in Panama City.
- Drive daily sales activity, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Build and refine sales scripts, email sequences, and objection handling frameworks.
- Own sales pipeline development and performance metrics, ensuring team targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and qualified lead flow.
- Use CRM & tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo) to track performance and produce reports.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Iterum's service offerings to effectively position solutions.
- Coach and develop team members through one-on-ones, call reviews, and performance management.
- Represent Iterum Connections in client calls, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead role.
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or contact center sales preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics and inside sales best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team in a high-performance environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales productivity platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Local to Panama City and available to work on-site.
