Influencer Relations Executive (Bilingual: Spanish & English)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Influencer Relations Executive to expand and manage our network of content creators. The main responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key influencers, integrating them into client marketing campaigns while negotiating and closing collaboration agreements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers aligned with campaign objectives.
- Develop and present compelling collaboration proposals to influencers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively implement marketing strategies.
- Track and monitor influencer performance and campaign results.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Interest in digital marketing and the influencer ecosystem.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good computer skills with the ability to efficiently multitask using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other web-based tools.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms (, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X) and their basic features.
