Head Of Credit, Collections & Business Transformation
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Credit, Collections & Business Transformation to lead the evolution of our Credit and Accounts Receivable function.
This executive role goes beyond traditional credit and collections management. We are seeking a leader capable of transforming processes, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and leveraging technology, automation, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to redefine how the department creates value for the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting the financial health of the organization while leading a strategic transformation agenda focused on efficiency, innovation, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Credit & Collections strategy, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and people development.
- Design and implement credit risk and collections strategies that support business growth, optimize cash flow, and strengthen the organization?s financial health.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key corporate clients and strategic stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner and ensuring a customer-centric approach to credit and collections management.
- Lead complex negotiations, strengthen client retention, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience while protecting the company?s financial interests.
- Champion the transformation of the Credit & Collections function by leveraging technology, process automation, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to redesign processes, eliminate repetitive tasks, implement digital solutions, and create a more agile, data-driven, and future-ready department.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (DSO, Aging, CEI, and cash flow), ensuring compliance with policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Develop executive dashboards, business intelligence tools, and predictive reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to senior management, transforming financial and operational data into decisions that drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or Master's Degree is highly desirable.
