About Us

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new English Speaking Virtual Maintenance Coordinator to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center. The maintenance coordinator will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from tenants and coordinating their maintenance requests with contractors.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is very personable and has strong customer service skills. Candidates should be comfortable handling both phone calls and emails, and dealing with clients who are sometimes difficult or agitated due to their situation. Candidates also must be detail oriented and fast learners. Previous experience in either maintenance coordination, property management, or any field related to real estate is a plus.

EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDENCE IS A MUST.

The job will be full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station.

Schedule is not fully set yet but will be US Daytime.

Requirements:

Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must

Previous experience in either maintenance coordination, property management, or any field related to real estate is a plus.
