The customer service representative will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.


We are looking for people who are:
- Detail oriented
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Previous Call Center experience in Customer Service is a must.
- Collection?s experience is a plus


Education requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate advanced English language (written and spoken)
