Important Multinational tourism company is recruiting men or women for their team. Call center booking sales people with 1 year certified experience minimum on call center sales, reservations, travel agencies or related jobs. People with fluent English, always be on time, great teamwork capabilities, excellent presence and high salary expectation (monthly average $1,000 - $1,500). Agent functions will include the sale and booking of tourism packages to north american customers:
Conditions
- English level superior/advance, spoken & written.
- On-site work. -Schedule: 44 hours per week.
- 1 year certified experience.
- Hiring process:
- 5 days training, USD $20 per day
- 15 days professional services (no contract): USD $525 + spiff/commission If the process is completed successfully:
- 6 months renewable contract - Salary of 800USD
- No limits spiff/commission
- USD250 bonuses for goals accomplished and schedules met (be always on time, etc.)
Average for weekly spiff is USD200
