Direct Service Manager
A multinational company based in Panama is seeking a Direct Service Manager.

SALARY OFFERED: Between USD $3,000 and $4,000 per month.
Requirements include prior experience in leadership roles, managing large teams (over 50 people), coordinating personnel logistics within Panama City, and analyzing customer service metrics and processes.
Candidates must possess the ability to teach using a practical approach and be willing to be directly involved in operations. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS ESSENTIAL.
