Data/Administrative assistant

The Data and Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting and coordinating administrative and managerial activities within the organization. This position requires intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and a solid understanding of PowerBI to facilitate report generation and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Assist management in coordinating and executing daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other software tools as needed.
- Manage and maintain databases and electronic filing systems in an orderly and up-to-date manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect, analyze, and present relevant data for decision-making.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for management.
- Manage office correspondence, both electronic and physical, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
- Track projects and assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Participate in identifying and implementing improved processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a managerial environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Solid knowledge of PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
