KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing and cross-selling of the client and company brand products.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Address customer billing inquiries, activate new service provisions, and provide information on plan updates.
- Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries, offering accurate and appropriate information.
- Maintain diplomacy when handling escalated issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum:
- Advanced level of English
- Complete documentation
- High school diploma (verifiable)
- Full-time availability
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in sales/marketing is a plus (training in skills is provided)
- Ability to navigate multiple internet tabs at once (multitasking ability).
- Demonstrated familiarity (and aptitude for learning) with Microsoft Windows and browser applications.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
