Multinational technology company, specialist in providing information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, telecommunications equipment and consumer electronic products.
1. Timely handeling of CMs?contract modification?/Pos (purchase order): handeling processes in no more than 1 business day.
2. Ensure clear and correct information is provided in CM description and/or PO information table for processing. Measurable information based on return of processes by HQ registration.
3. Evaluate issues and provide possible solutions. Being able to use problem solving skills to provide solution to issues that arise during daily work.
4. Meeting KPIs for CM QC and PO processing accuracy
5. Doing the billing,issue invoices to customer, manage the billing KPI
Requisitos:
Speak English fluently
Speak Spanish fluently
Willingness to work overtime
Be a university graduate, any additional study is valued
Type of contract: Indefinite/ 3 month trial
Beneficios - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
