Job Description

- Independently undertake/lead/guide the team to complete the support work for partner operations (partner cooperation management, partner capability development, digital operations, etc.), lead the verification and execution of solutions, identify risks and issues in business support and drive improvements, and be capable of solving complex problems.
- Independently undertake/lead the management of partner cooperation objectives, development of partner marketing materials, editing of partner policy documents, specialized support for partner process development and operations, MPR process operations, management of key work progress or small project management;
- Independently undertake/lead the project management for partner capability development course development, delivery of partner empowerment elite camps and other empowerment projects, support for business activities or business processes such as courseware production and platform construction and operation for learning zones, and management of process policy operations or project operations;
- Independently undertake/lead the demand management, product operations, user operations, and data operations for e+ digital products, project management, project analysis, and other support work, and participate in business activities such as new product launches and product marketings.
Requirements

- Knowledge: Familiar with the knowledge related to partner expansion and partner cooperation management, with a certain accumulation of work experience in the field of partner expansion and operations.
- Skills: Proficient in using common office software such as Office, sensitive to data, capable of systematically analyzing data and extracting insights.
- Abilities: Good logical thinking, possessing strong capabilities in partner operations, empowerment, and IT development thinking; excellent task tracking and closure skills, good communication and teamwork spirit, Proficiency in English and Chinese can serve as a working language. and strong execution ability.
