About Us

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new Bilingual Leasing Agent to support an existing customer at our back-office outsourcing center. The Bilingual Leasing Agent is responsible for booking apartment tours and helping to close sales.

We are searching for bilingual English/Spanish speakers who are very personable and have strong customer service and sales skills. Candidates should be confident on the phone, have strong sales skills, and a proven ability to close. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Prior experience in sales is strongly preferred.

The position will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Once an employee has passed the probationary period, work from home will be offered should the employee meet customer productivity standards as well as company IT security standards. WFH is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must

Comfortable and confident on the phone.

Strong Sales Skills with a proven ability to close.
