Bilingual Accountant Assistant

Job Summary: The Bilingual Accountant Assistant will support the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Spanish and English, allowing effective communication with diverse clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial information.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience as an accounting assistant, bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks,) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- University graduate in accounting, or related field.
