Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to lead a team of 7 customer service representatives, improve client experience, and streamline logistics processes. The role involves managing customer inquiries, automating key processes, analyzing satisfaction surveys, and collaborating with other departments to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of 7 customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Improve client experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking service in a timely manner.
Analyze customer satisfaction surveys, implementing strategies to enhance service quality and client loyalty.
Automate and optimize customer service processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Warehousing) to align logistics services with customer needs and improve overall operations.
Report on key performance metrics and recommend process improvements to management.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or a related field.
Proven experience leading a customer service team and improving customer experience.
Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and Free Zone operations.
Experience automating customer service or logistics processes is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
